Coaching & Interference Policy
No Active or Verbal Coaching Rule
In accordance with international competition standards and based on prior event experience, the Ultimate Forces Challenge (UFC) hereby enforces a strict prohibition on active and verbal coaching during competition.
During previous editions it has been observed that teams and individual contestants, intentionally or unintentionally, received hints, tactical advice, directions or performance-related input from coaches, support staff and/or spectators. Such interference creates an unequal competitive advantage and undermines the integrity of the competition.
UFC is founded on the principle of fair, honest and equal competition, where outcomes are determined solely by individual and team capability, preparation, adaptability and execution.
Confidentiality of Disciplines
A core and non-negotiable element of the UFC concept is the strict confidentiality of all competition disciplines. All disciplines remain undisclosed until one (1) hour prior to execution.
Any attempt—direct or indirect—to circumvent, anticipate or influence this principle is considered a serious breach of competition integrity and will not be tolerated.
Disciplinary Measures – Disposition Rule
To ensure consistent enforcement, the following Disposition Rule applies to all teams and contestants:
- First Warning
– Formal verbal warning issued by the referee or head referee. - Red Warning
– Official penalty warning recorded. - Single Contestant Penalty
– Upon escalation, one contestant must exit the next discipline. - Team Penalty
– Two (2) Red Warningsresult in the entire team being excluded from the next discipline.
All disciplinary decisions are final and fall under the authority of the appointed referees and Head Referee.
Fair Play & Integrity Principle
Fair and honest competition within the UFC requires:
- strict adherence to all competition rules and instructions;
- respect for opponents, officials and the event structure;
- rejection of any form of cheating, manipulation or external interference;
- acceptance that performance outcomes are determined exclusively by skill, physical capability, mental resilience and teamwork.
Any conduct that compromises a level playing field—including external coaching, signaling, or unauthorized assistance—constitutes a violation of UFC Competition Rules and may result in immediate sanctions or disqualification.
