Meet Atlantic Stormtroopers Anique & Saskia, a duo who have had a long and winding path to get to this point with some false starts! Both had originally set out to row the Atlantic Ocean in other teams, but were introduced to each other when those previous plans didn’t work out.
Neither have rowed in the past, but have been chasing this dream for years after hearing about the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge through a documentary and meeting previous team members. Having made an instant connection, the duo are determined to row the Atlantic in aid of Sea First Foundation and Dokters van de Wereld (NL) of the world

April 22nd we had the honor to meet our mayor of Hattem, Marleen Sanderse. In addition of being a very nice mayor, she is an incredibly tough former Paralympic rower who has earned her ‘spores’ (looks) in the rowing world.
